Based on the feedback we receive from you, we keep updating our
spreadsheet with the details of the students beginning their IPCVai
studies in September 2024. For those willing to share their contact
details, we'll provide a link upon receipt of your consent.
This is also a reminder that for us to be able to finalize your
registration we need an ID/passport-style photo of you in .png or .jpg
format, with an appropriate resolution. You are kindly asked to send us
one via email as soon as possible but not later than 6th May (Monday). If
you have already done the steps above, feel free to disregard my letter.
Thank you for your kind cooperation.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Subject: IPCVai - Welcome form
Dear Prospective IPCV Students,
We have created a welcome form to learn more about you. Based on your
feedback, we would like to help you connect with mentor students, as well
as with future classmates in the hope that this might help you with the
preparation for your journey ahead. We would like to kindly ask you to
complete the form below.
Link: <https://forms.office.com/e/AVZNZkdPA9>
https://forms.office.com/e/AVZNZkdPA9
Please note that all data will be kept confidential and used by mentors
and staff members of the International Office only.
To complete the registration in Neptun system we require an ID/passport
sized photo of you in .png or .jpg format, with a suitable resolution.
Please send us one via e-mail.
In addition, we have been receiving quite a few questions from you
concerning the accommodation aspects of the visa application, so our
intention now is to confirm the following information once again.
For the visa application procedure, it is strongly recommended to indicate
the address of the Pázmány University Dormitory, as the same information
appears on your Decision of Admission. The full address of the dormitory
that needs to be indicated is 1088 Budapest, Múzeum utca 19.
As you know, available places in the dormitory are limited; therefore, you
will need to look for alternative options as well. This is one more reason
why it may be worth contacting your prospective classmates in advance - in
the form you can also mark if you are interested in sharing a flat, which
can be a more convenient yet cost-effective option during your stay in
Budapest.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Daniel
