Dear new IPCV Students,
This mailing list will be used for official communication with your entire cohort (i.e. IPCV students starting in September 2025). Please note that it is a one-way channel: you will receive important information from us here, but you will not be able to send messages to this address. For direct communication among yourselves, IPCV cohorts usually create their own WhatsApp group, where you can stay in touch with each other more informally.
Residence permits
Your residence permits (for those who need one) are sent to our office, and we will hand it over to you at the time of enrollment. Once your permit arrives, it is recorded in the Neptun system.
To check whether yours has arrived, open the Neptun platform and click on the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner, then open Personal Information → Official Documents, where the number and expiry date of your permit will appear once we have received/recorded it.
Early enrollment opportunity
Several of you have already arrived in Hungary. We would like to offer the possibility of pre-enrollment, ahead of the official enrollment date of September 1. This might be useful for those whose visa expires within the following days and therefore need to get their residence permits as soon as possible.
On August 28, we will be able to receive 8 students for early enrollment. Those who want to come, please sign up using THIS TABLE. (Eight 30-minute timeslots are available. Please DO NOT extend the number of timeslots for whatever reason, since we won't be able to receive more than 8 people on that day.) Please remember to bring all the required documents as previously listed, as well as the 1,000 HUF for the entry key fob. When you arrive, please tell the receptionist that you are coming to the International Relations Office.
If you cannot come on August 28, don’t worry! We will enroll all other students on September 1.
Please note that even if you take advantage of the pre-enrollment option, you are still required to attend on September 1, as enrollment will only be one element of Monday’s program. All other sessions and activities will be relevant for you as well.
Best regards,
